About Us
Ai Construction Services have been operating in the Central Queensland region for the past 7 years. Simon Porter brought 28+ years of prior industry experience with him before the commencement of Ai Construction Services having been the Managing Director of , S & J Porter Holdings Pty Ltd t/a Keppel Coast Concretors.
In this time, we have expanded from a sole trader until 2008, before entering a partnership. In response to increasing demand and further growth in civil infrastructure, S & J Porter Holdings Pty Ltd t/a Keppel Coast Concretors was formed and operated for a further 5 years. We have now undergone greater expansion to our new company structure Ai Construction Services.
Our extensive knowledge diversifies from in excess of 28+ years of experience within the commercial, industrial and civil concreting sector.
Ai Construction Services and previous identities, have built and maintained a reputation for quality work man ship and reliability in these areas, as can be seen from our ongoing works with a large number of builders and developers, for whom we work for.
We at Ai Construction Services recognise the importance of enhanced project delivery. Experience is the only way that we can ensure the proper management of the construction project. Therefore, we give 100% commitment to providing the necessary resources to meet with the objectives of your project to deliver on time, every time, with workmanship guaranteed.
Workforce
Ai Construction Services has an experienced contracting network with skilled, qualified, professional and trustworthy work ethics.
Ai Construction Services has a vast subcontracting network which augments our workforce in additional to our employees. Ai has administration support staff looking after Administration, Human Resource and OH&S.
An onsite Forman would always be available to contact, and should any uncertainties ever arise while on the job, we are always first to ask for further clarification. A good working relationship is one that is based on honestly, communication and a skilled team.

Our responsibilities and compliance obligations in regards to the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice, we have developed written policies and procedures that have been implemented into our workplace. To achieve our objectives, we will support and encourage all safety initiatives and provide the necessary training and resources.
Part of Ai’s commitment to quality control and management and continued improvement an external compliance review is being contracted for the AI’s Safety Management Plan with the view to compliance with:
